How long do spices stay fresh?
Whole spices keep aroma longer than ground. Store airtight, away from light. We list shelf life on each lot.
When will my order ship?
We dispatch from Kochi within 2 working days after confirmation. Courier tracking is shared by email.
Do you ship outside India?
We currently supply within India. For export, write to us with your license details.
How do I reorder the same lot?
Batch labels include harvest month and area. Share the lot code and we will confirm availability or nearest match.
Can I add a custom note to a gift?
Yes. We print short messages on an inner card. Lead time for custom notes is 2–3 working days.
How are lots cleaned and graded?
Lots are cleaned and graded in Kochi. We check moisture and density (for pepper) and include the readings on request.
What payment methods do you accept?
For retail orders we accept common online payments. For wholesale, we take 50% advance and balance before dispatch.
Can I return an opened pack?
We accept unopened packs reported within 48 hours. Opened packs are assessed case‑by‑case if there is a quality issue.
Do you provide samples for evaluation?
For wholesale buyers we provide 200 g samples per lot on request, subject to availability.
